Holloway America is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Springfield, MO

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience, leveraging various channels such as social media, trade shows, digital advertising, and traditional marketing methods.
  • Website Management: Work with our website team to develop new and innovative content for our website while managing our social media presence.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company's presence on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter. Develop engaging content, schedule posts, monitor engagement metrics, and interact with followers to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Trade Show Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's participation in trade shows and industry events. This includes booth design, logistics, staffing, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to generate leads and foster relationships with potential customers and partners.
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality content for various marketing channels including social media, website, blog, email newsletters, and promotional materials. This may involve writing copy, designing graphics, editing photos, and creating videos to effectively communicate the company's message and showcase its products and capabilities.
  • Photography and Graphic Design: Utilize your photography and graphic design skills to create visually appealing and professional-looking marketing materials. This may include product photos, event coverage, promotional graphics, infographics, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments such as sales, Engineering / product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Communicate marketing plans, goals, and results effectively to stakeholders within the organization.
  • Marketing Metrics: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing investments while controlling costs.
  • Holloway Branded Gear: Continuously collaborate on “Holloway Gear," including apparel, shirts, hats, trade show giveaways, and more.
  • Quarterly and Annual Company Parties / Meetings: Coordinate quarterly company luncheons and the annual Christmas Party by working with vendors for food, Audio Visual and other necessary items.
  • Staying Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, social media, and digital platforms. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) in marketing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proficiency in social media management, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Excellent photography and graphic design skills, with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software.
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
